Digital Products & Services

The products and services purchased here on smxusa.com are delivered digitally. Because digital goods cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical items, all sales are final. Once your order has been processed and access has been granted to the digital service, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited cases:

  • If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same product/service.

  • If a technical error on our part prevented you from accessing the product/service and we are unable to provide a remedy.

  • The service cannot be completed or delivered successfully.

Outside of these exceptions, we cannot issue refunds.
